These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cod4d platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. Please read them carefully before using our services.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on cod4d. Age verification may be required at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
Each player may hold only one cod4d account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact our support team to recover it.
All deposits and withdrawals on cod4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Supported methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency conversion is applied.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover conditions have been met. Attempting to abuse bonus terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any other form of fraudulent conduct are strictly prohibited. cod4d reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where fair play violations are identified.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any paid service on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. cod4d takes its age-restriction obligations seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia to use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cod4d makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Indonesia.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering contracts under Indonesian law are not permitted to register an Account.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to hold an Account or place wagers on the Platform:
3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming on cod4d, you are required to create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent update is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating or using multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cod4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. You should enable two-factor authentication where available and notify support immediately upon suspecting unauthorised access.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). cod4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
3.6 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering obligations being settled and KYC verification being complete.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cod4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
4.2 Currency. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency is accepted, and no currency conversion fees are charged by cod4d.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, typically within 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7).
4.5 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard banking hours and may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
4.6 Withdrawal Verification. cod4d reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.7 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are derived from lawful sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. cod4d reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.
5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated in each offer. cod4d reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games (baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger) and sportsbook bets contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the Promotions section of the Platform.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire if not met within the stated time limit, which is typically 7–30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
5.5 Prohibition on Bonus Abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure:
5.6 Changes to Promotions. cod4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already validly claimed and in active use.
6.1 General Rules. All bets and game rounds are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or poker tournament. Product-specific rules are published within each game or product section on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant product.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted and binding once you have received confirmation from the Platform. cod4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where system errors, incorrect odds, or integrity concerns are identified.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Limits may vary by product, market, and player tier. cod4d reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account without prior notice.
6.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or display fault, cod4d reserves the right to void affected bets and game rounds and return stakes to the player. Winnings generated as a result of a verifiable software or odds error are not payable.
6.5 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, are subject to the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. Live in-play betting is subject to additional latency provisions.
6.6 Togel. Togel draw results are determined by official draw outcomes from licensed pool operators. cod4d does not control draw outcomes. Results are final once published.
7.1 cod4d is committed to maintaining the integrity of its Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
7.2 Where cod4d has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Clause, it reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately pending investigation, void all bets placed during the suspect period, and permanently close the Account with forfeiture of any Balance where the breach is confirmed.
8.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the cod4d brand name, logo, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia assets — is the intellectual property of cod4d or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
8.3 You must not scrape, frame, mirror, or copy any part of the Platform without prior written consent from cod4d.
9.1 cod4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Your personal data will be used for Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. cod4d will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cod4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
10.2 cod4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to system downtime, connectivity failure, or third-party service interruption.
10.3 cod4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 cod4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or abusive conduct has occurred, or that continued operation of the Account poses a compliance or integrity risk.
11.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, cod4d will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the Account holder.
11.3 Upon termination of an Account for cause, cod4d reserves the right to retain the Balance where it represents proceeds of fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or a material breach of these Terms. In all other cases of Account closure, any eligible real-money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via a registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
11.4 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
12.1 cod4d is operated by an internationally licensed gaming entity. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which cod4d holds its gaming licence.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and cod4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by the applicable licensing authority.
12.3 Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
13.1 cod4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notification displayed on the Platform or sent to the registered email address on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.6.
